Phase One Associates is looking for a self-driven individual passionate about research, analysis and financial modeling to support its operations for a period of 3 months effective January 9th 2023 with a possibility of transitioning into full time employment subject to performance and business requirements.

Job description:

1. Perform detailed research and financial/economic analyses across several sectors or geographies

2. Create pitch books and attend clients meetings as required

3. Maintain relevant databases for purposes of growing business partnerships

4. Support consultants in different processes of the company’s operations

5. Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Minimum requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or related field

2. Progression towards CFA, CFI or ACCA qualification

3. Demonstrated knowledge and interest in economics, finance, capital markets

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT and word

5. Excellent inter personal and presentation skills (written and oral)

6. Positive attitude, flexibility and client focus
